Prospects to bring up the Prospects tab within the XDR Extension.
Salesforce users can perform the following actions from within the XDR Prospects tab, without having to switch to the Cadence application.
- Search and filter prospects
- Add prospects from the Salesforce CRM.
- Assign prospects to a Cadence.
- Move, Pause, Resume, Exit, and Delete prospects from a Cadence using the Action dropdown.
- Instant call to an individual prospect through Click Dialer (One-Off Call).
- Send a pre-recorded Voicemail.
Search and Filter Prospects
Below you can find the steps to search and filter the prospects added:
- Within the XDR » Prospects tab, click the search box.
- Search can be done either by Account Name, Prospect Name, or Email ID. Once you have entered the criteria, press the
icon.
- Records that match the criteria will be displayed.
NOTE: Click on the icon to clear the search field.
Add Prospects from Salesforce
Below you can find the steps to add the Salesforce contacts/leads to the XDR Prospects tab:
- While on the Salesforce CRM » Contacts (All Contacts page) / Leads (All Open Leads page), select the contacts/leads that you wish to add to the XDR » Prospects tab.
- Now, click on the
Add to Cadence button above the grid.
- The selected contacts/leads will be added to the XDR » Prospects tab. From the prospects tab, you can assign the prospects to a Cadence for execution.
Assign Prospects to a Cadence
Below you can find how to assign the prospects to a Cadence from the XDR » Prospects tab:
- Select the prospect(s) you wish to assign by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s).
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option
Assign.
- After the Assign Prospect to Cadence window pops up, select a Cadence from the dropdown and click Start Cadence.
- Upon assigning the prospects successfully, an alert message will appear with the number of prospects assigned, at the bottom of the window.
Move to Another Cadence
Below you can find how to move the prospects from one Cadence to another Cadence from the XDR » Prospects tab:
- Select the prospects you wish to move to another Cadence by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospects.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option
Move.
- After the Move to Another Cadence window pops up, select a Cadence from the dropdown and click Move.
- Upon moving the prospects successfully, an alert message will appear with the number of prospects moved, at the bottom of the window.
Pause Prospects
The Pause Prospects feature is used to pause the prospect's activity in a Cadence at any time.
Below you can find how to pause a prospect(s) activities from the XDR » Prospects tab:
- Select the prospects whom you wish to pause the activities by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospects.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option
Pause.
- A confirmation message will be displayed with an option to choose the Resume Date until which the activity of the selected prospect(s) will be paused. Click Save.
NOTE: The prospect(s) will be resumed automatically after the date specified. Also, you can resume the paused prospect(s) even before the date specified.
- Upon clicking Save, the following alert message will appear with the number of prospects paused, at the bottom of the window.
- A Pause icon
will be displayed next to the Prospect Name under the Name column for the paused prospect(s).
Resume Prospects
The Resume Prospect(s) feature is to resume the paused prospect(s). Once the prospects have been resumed, all the scheduled pending activities of the prospects will be processed.
Below you can find how to resume the paused prospect(s) from the XDR » Prospects tab:
- Select the paused prospect(s) that you wish to resume by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s).
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option
Resume.
- A confirmation message will appear as shown below to resume the selected prospect(s). Click Resume.
- Upon clicking Resume, the following alert message will appear with the number of prospects resumed, at the bottom of the window.
- The Pause icon
next to the Prospect name under the Name column will disappear and the prospect's activity will be continued.
Remove Prospects from a Cadence
Below you can find how to remove prospects from the assigned Cadence, from the XDR » Prospects tab:
- Select the prospect(s) that you want to remove from the assigned Cadence by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospects.
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option
Exit.
- After the Remove Prospect(s) From Cadence window pops up, click Exit to remove the selected prospect(s) from the assigned Cadence.
- Upon clicking Exit, the following alert message will appear with the number of prospects exited, at the bottom of the window.
The prospect(s) will be removed from the assigned Cadence.
Delete Prospects from Cadence
Below you can find how to delete prospects from the Cadence from the XDR » Prospects tab:
- Select the prospect(s) that you wish to delete from the Cadence by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospect(s).
- Then, click on the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option
Delete.
- A confirmation message will appear, as shown below. Click Delete to delete the prospect(s) from Cadence or click Cancel to cancel the deletion process.
- Upon clicking Delete, the following alert message will appear with the number of prospects deleted, at the bottom of the window.
The prospect(s) will be deleted from the Cadence itself.
