Click on the Menu icon » Pending Calls to bring up the Pending Calls tab within the XDR Extension.
The Pending Calls tab shows the prospects assigned with Call Touch in all the Cadences and the scheduled Follow up calls.
Start Power Dialing – Click to start the dialing session for all the filtered prospects in the Pending Calls tab. A confirmation message below will appear. Click Confirm to proceed replacing the existing records in the My Session tab. As soon as you click Confirm, a new tab will appear with the My Session tab in the same browser. Records uploaded from the XDR » Pending Calls tab will be listed in the My Session tab for dialing. The dialing session can be started as usual by using any licensed Dialer. |

Follow up Calls – Choose a required filter from the Followup Calls section to list out the pending follow up calls. The available options are:

One-off Call – Click the Green phone icon next to the phone number of the prospect that you wish to dial individually (one-off call). Upon clicking the green phone icon, you will be redirected to the XDR » Prospect View » Dialers tab to dial the prospect via Click Dialer.

Snooze a Follow up Call
You can snooze a follow up call logged in the Pending Calls tab that is due and choose to have them resurface after the specified day/time range. The records will be moved to the Future due state until the snooze time is up.
Below you can find how to snooze a follow up call from the XDR » Pending Calls tab:
- In the XDR » Pending Calls tab, choose the Followup Calls filter ‘Followup Calls - Due’ to list out the pending follow up calls.
- Click on the ellipses button to the right of the follow up record that you want to snooze.
- And, select the option Snooze from the dropdown menu.
- The Snooze - <prospect name> (Account name) window will be displayed.
- Select the day/time period from the dropdown and click Snooze to snooze and move the record to the Future due state.
- After the specified day/time range, the record will be displayed under the Future state.
View details of Follow up Calls
Below you can find how to view the details of a Follow up call in the XDR » Pending Calls tab:
- In the XDR » Pending Calls tab, choose the Followup Calls filter ‘Followup Calls - Due’ to list out the pending follow up calls.
- Click on the ellipses button to the right of the follow up record that you want to view the details.
- And, select the option View Info from the dropdown menu.
- The Follow Up View Info - <Prospect Name> window will be displayed with Subject, Comments, and Due Date & Time. Here, you can Snooze or Complete the Call as needed.
Complete a Follow up Call
You can use this option to log the call result manually for a follow up call you made through a device other than a Koncert Dialer.
Below you can find how to complete a Follow up call in the XDR » Pending Calls tab:
- In the XDR » Pending Calls tab, choose the Followup Calls filter ‘Followup Calls - Due’ to list out the pending follow up calls.
- Click on the ellipses button to the right of the follow up record that you want to log the call result.
- And, select the option Complete Call from the dropdown menu.
- The Log a Call window will be displayed. Select the call outcome from the Call Result dropdown and enter the call notes (if any) in the Notes field.
- Click Save to log the call. An alert message below will appear at the top of the page.
- An activity for the call will be created in the XDR » Prospect View window, even if the Call is scheduled for the Followup Call, with the information ‘Made Phone Call (Followup Task) and task completed successfully to' with Outcome, as shown below:
Edit a Follow up Call
Below you can find how to edit the details of a Follow up call in the XDR » Pending Calls tab:
- In the XDR » Pending Calls tab, choose the Followup Calls filter ‘Followup Calls - Due’ to list out the pending follow up calls.
- Click on the ellipses button to the right of the follow up record that you want to edit.
- And, select the option Edit from the dropdown menu.
- The Edit Follow up - <Prospect Name> window will be displayed with Subject, Notes, Follow Up date and Time information.
- Edit/modify the details as required and click Save to save the changes made. An alert message below will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
