Click on the Menu icon »  To Do to bring up the To Do tab within the XDR Extension.

The To Do tab shows the prospects assigned with the following touches in all the Cadences for execution:

• Prospects assigned with 'Email Touch (Personalized)'.
• Prospects assigned with ‘Social Touch’ in a Cadence.
• Prospects assigned with ‘LinkedIn Touch’ in a Cadence.
• Prospects assigned with ‘Task Touch’ in a Cadence.
• Prospects with Manual Tasks (scheduled for execution via Prospect View » New Task).

Preview and Send Personalized Emails

Below you can find how to preview and send the personalized Emails individually (one after another):

1. Within the XDR » To Do tab, select the option 'Email' from the filter to list out all the pending Emails logged in the To Do tab for execution.

2. Click on the Personalized Email icon under the Action column to execute the pending Email.

3. After the Personalize Emails window pops up, edit the email information, and add attachments/videos (if needed).

4. Click the Send button to send the email instantly or click the Send Later  icon to schedule and send the email later.

NOTE: You can insert the desired snippets to the Email by clicking the icon at the bottom.

Execute Social Touch

Prospects assigned to ‘Social Touch’ will be displayed in the To Do tab for manual execution.

Below you can find how to execute the Social touch:

1. Within the XDR » To Do tab, select the option 'Social' from the filter to list out all the prospects assigned with Social touch for execution in the To Do tab.

2. Click on the Social icon (under the Action column) to the right of the prospect to whom the Social touch is to be executed.

3. After the Complete Touch - Social window pops up, enter the information in the Comments field and click the Complete Touch button to execute the Social touch.

Execute LinkedIn Touch

Prospects assigned to ‘LinkedIn Touch’ will be displayed in the To Do tab for manual execution.

Below you can find how to execute the LinkedIn touch:

1. Within the XDR » To Do tab, select the option 'LinkedIn' from the filter to list out all the prospects assigned with LinkedIn touch for execution in the To Do tab.

2. Click on the LinkedIn  icon (under the Action column) to the right of the prospect to whom the LinkedIn touch is to be executed.

3. The Complete Touch - LinkedIn window will be displayed.

• If the LinkedIn URL is not already in the LinkedIn URL field and you have the prospect’s LinkedIn URL, you will have the ability to paste the URL here and click on the View Profile in LinkedIn button. This will launch the prospect's LinkedIn page in a separate window. The first time you click on the link, it will request your login credentials.

OR

• If you do not have the prospect's LinkedIn URL, click on the View Profile in LinkedIn button. This will launch the LinkedIn page in a separate window. The first time you click on the link, it will request your login credentials. It will show all profiles with the prospect's name.

• If there are multiple profiles listed, select the correct profile from the list.

4. After completing the necessary action(s) within LinkedIn, return to the XDR and click the Complete Touch button to complete this touch.

Execute Task Touch

Prospects assigned to Task touch via Cadence and/or manual tasks scheduled via Prospect View window will be displayed in the To Do tab for manual execution.

Below you can find how to execute the Task Touch:

1. Within the XDR » To Do tab, select the option 'Task' from the filter to list out all the prospects assigned with Task touch for execution in the To Do tab.

2. Click on the Task  icon (under the Action column) to the right of the prospect to whom the Task touch is to be executed.

3. After the Complete Touch window pops up, enter the information in the Comments field and click the Complete Task button to execute the Task touch.
