Below is the list of features available with Caller IDs.
With Koncert, you can get the first hundred Caller IDs for free from Twilio. In this section, you can see the total number of Caller IDs available, the number of Caller IDs purchased from Twilio, and the remaining free Caller IDs that can be purchased from Twilio.

Custom Caller IDs
This section lists the Custom Caller IDs you have added or purchased from Twilio.
Add Custom Caller ID – Click to add your Custom Caller ID or Add from Twilio.
Refer to the article Add Custom Caller IDs for detailed information on how to add your Custom Caller IDs.
|Purchase Count – Number of Caller IDs purchased from Twilio.|
|– Indicates the Caller IDs purchased from Twilio.|
Custom Caller ID Settings – Click to offer permission for the Sales Reps to add or purchase Custom Caller IDs from Twilio.
Upon selection, the section Custom Caller IDs will be enabled for the selected user in the Settings tab. Refer to the article Custom Caller ID Settings for detailed information.
– Click to delete the Custom Caller ID. A confirmation message below will be displayed.
Click Yes, Delete to delete the Caller ID, or click Cancel to stop the deletion process.
Mapped Caller IDs
Caller ID Groups – Shows the list of Mapped Caller ID Groups available. By default, there will be only one Caller ID Group called Default. For the default Caller ID Group, you can either import your existing Mapped Caller ID file (in .sql format) or can purchase new Mapped Caller IDs from Twilio.
Add Mapped Caller ID Group – Koncert allows you to add a new Mapped Caller ID Group to purchase new Caller IDs from Twilio only if you imported an existing Mapped Caller ID file for the default Caller ID Group.
Upon clicking the Add Mapped Caller ID Group button, the Add Mapped Caller ID Group window will popup. Enter the name of the Caller ID Group and click Submit.
NOTE: If you already purchased Caller IDs from Twilio for the default Caller ID Group, then an alert message below will appear upon clicking the Add Mapped Caller ID Group button.

|Choose Default – Choose a default Caller ID Group, Caller IDs under the selected group will be displayed in the Import New List / Add Records From CSV window when selecting the Caller ID Mode as Mapped Caller ID. Refer to the article Set a default Caller ID Group for detailed information.|
Action – The following actions can be performed from this section.
Edit – Click to edit/update the Caller ID Group name.
Delete – Click to delete the Caller ID Group. Disabled or grayed out for the default Caller ID Group to prevent deletion.
Upload – Click to upload your Mapped Caller ID file (in .sql format). Disabled or grayed out for Caller ID Group that has Caller IDs purchased from Twilio.
Download – Click to download the purchased Caller IDs in an Excel file.
Purchase – Click to purchase the new Caller IDs from Twilio.
Heat Map – Click to view the heat map.
Map Caller Ids across states – Click to map the Caller IDs across states.
Settings – Click to configure the settings related to Daily alert and Call forwarding.
NOTE: The above Download, Purchase, Heat Map, Map Caller Ids across states, and Settings icons under the Action column will be enabled only for the Caller ID Group that has Caller IDs purchased from Twilio.
