In the Custom Caller ID Settings, the Admin or Manager (with admin rights) can grant access to their team members (Sales Reps) to add or purchase Custom Caller IDs on their own from Twilio.
Below you can find how to grant access to the Sales Rep to add Custom Caller IDs:
- In the Administration » Caller IDs tab » Custom Caller IDs section, click the Custom Caller ID Settings button.
- After the Assign Users to purchase Caller IDs window pops up, select the checkbox under the Action column for the users (Sales Reps) you wish to offer permission to add Custom Caller Ids.
- Click Save. A confirmation message 'Saved Successfully!' will be displayed. Click OK.
- A new section Custom Caller IDs will be enabled for the selected users in their Dialer's Settings tab.
By default, the Custom Caller IDs that are added or purchased by the Admin or Manager will be listed in this dropdown. The user can add their phone numbers or purchase Caller IDs from Twilio by clicking the icon. Refer to the article Add Custom Caller IDs for detailed information.
