The Koncert (Cadence) Winter '22 Release includes enhancements that will bring you a better Koncert experience.

Like one-off Email, a new feature one-off LinkedIn has been introduced which allows users to connect with a prospect's LinkedIn page immediately (outside of the standard Cadence workflow of LinkedIn touch) and perform the following actions, individually.
- View Profile
- Connection Request
- Get Introduced
- Post Interaction
- Follow Prospect
As part of the enhancement, a new button LinkedIn has been introduced in the Prospect View window » Actions section.
Upon clicking this button, the Complete Touch - LinkedIn window will appear, where the user can choose the appropriate LinkedIn action from the Touch Type dropdown and execute the action as before.
After successful execution, an activity for the one-off LinkedIn will be created in the Prospect View window » Activity section, as shown below.
Display of Touch Types
The touch types available under each Cadence will now appear below the Cadence name along with their count for quick reference.
Assign/Move prospects to a specific Touch in a Cadence
Previously, prospects could only be assigned to the first touch of Cadence, since the Assign Prospects to Cadence window only had one field ‘Cadence’. Similarly, you could only be transferred to the first touch of another Cadence when transferring prospects between Cadences.
This has been addressed in the Winter Release by adding a dropdown field Touch to the Assign Prospects to Cadence and Move to Another Cadence windows, so prospects can be assigned or moved to a specific touch in a Cadence.
Meeting Icon with Tooltip information
Prospects with scheduled meetings will be displayed with a Calendar icon to the right of their name, as shown below:
Also, a tooltip information about the next meeting’s date and time will appear when hovering over the icon.
Search Prospects by Phone number
Users can now search and filter the prospects based on their phone numbers. Click the Search icon or press Enter after entering the prospect's phone number into the search bar. A list of prospects matching the phone number will be displayed.
View Info – Inclusion of ‘Last Cadence’
The View Info window is used to view the prospect’s information such as Title, Email, Phone, etc. when clicking the Info icon on the floating toolbar.
In addition, a new field Last Cadence has been added that displays the last cadence the prospect was assigned to.
Show CRM Activities
A new button "Show CRM Activities" has been added to the Prospect View window » Activities section, which allows users to view prospect’s last 25 CRM activities. Upon clicking, the button will be replaced with "Show Cadence Activities" button, allowing you to view the prospect's cadence activities.
Manual Calls – One-off Call
Koncert facilitates the users to dial and complete Manual Calls directly from the Prospect View window » Pending Tasks section, instead of having to navigate to the Pending Calls tab for execution.
A new Dial icon has been added next to the Complete icon to initiate one-off call via Click Dialer to accomplish this.
An activity for completing the manual call has been recorded in the Prospect View window » Activities section, as shown below:
The Notes section in the Prospect View window has been enhanced with the following icons:
- Add a Note – Click to add a note for the prospect. Previously, notes can be added only by clicking the Note button under the Actions section.
- View this Note – Click to preview the entire content of the notes. The View icon will appear only when there is more content to view.
LinkedIn Touch Enhancements
LinkedIn touch is used to expand your sales boundary by integrating the LinkedIn platform with Cadence. Users will be able to directly connect to LinkedIn and perform the required actions.
As part of Winter '22 Release, the following changes have been made on the LinkedIn touch execution steps:
- A new LinkedIn page will popup automatically as a separate window along with the Complete Touch - LinkedIn window, when executing the LinkedIn touch from the To Do tab (by clicking the LinkedIn icon under the Action column). Previously, the Complete Touch - LinkedIn window was only displayed when executing the LinkedIn touch.
- For authentication, you will need to enter your LinkedIn credentials for the first time.
- A prospect's LinkedIn page will open automatically if the prospect has a valid LinkedIn URL.
- In the absence of a LinkedIn URL or a valid URL, LinkedIn launches its matching profile page and allows users to choose & launch the valid profile.
- In addition, the title of the prospect will now appear next to the prospect's name in the Complete Touch - LinkedIn window.
A new Search bar has been introduced on the following tabs of Settings, which provides the ability to search the required records.
- Email Execution Schedule
After entering the search criteria, either press Enter or click the Search icon to list out the appropriate records.
Also, you can clear the filter applied, by clicking the icon within the Search field.
With this new search option, you can now quickly find the record you need without having to manually look over all the records in the aforementioned tabs.
Although you have already integrated HubSpot with the Koncert portal, it is now mandatory to integrate HubSpot with the Cadence application for security and authorization reasons. This allows users to import call list(s) from HubSpot CRM into the Cadence application for touch execution.
As part of this enhancement, a new tab Third Party Integration has been introduced under the Cadence » Settings tab. Click on the Configure button to integrate the Cadence application with HubSpot CRM.
After successful integration, you must assign users and map the Call Dispositions for mutual synchronization of call activities. If not, an alert message ‘Please complete configuring and assigning users in Third Party Integrations’ will be displayed at the top of the window with hyperlinked. Upon clicking, you will be navigated to the Settings » Third Party Integrations tab.

Mail Merge – Meeting Link
In Cadence, you can schedule an individual meeting with a prospect from the Meetings tab. Prospect can accept the scheduled time slot or change their preferred time slot from the available slots.
A new mail merge 'User.Meeting Link' has been introduced to include the meeting link to an email template. This enables prospects to schedule meetings with users based on their available time slots, which will be updated on the Meetings tab. An one-off call can be established from Cadence at the specified time to connect with the prospect.
Add Template – Inclusion of message
A new information “Use Ctrl+A to select all text and apply formatting changes” has been added below the the formatting toolbar in the Templates » Email Templates tab » Add a Template » Add Template window that visually guides the users on how to select and apply formatting changes for all text at once.
By using the keyboard shortcut, "Ctrl+A", you can now quickly select all the text at once and make the necessary formatting changes.
