Below you can find the steps to sign in to Workspace:
Ensure you have your CRM credentials (such as Salesforce login information) ready for the sign-in process.
- In the Workspace login page, click the Sign in with Salesforce button. This will allow you to log in via your Salesforce account.
- A window will pop up asking for permission to access your Salesforce account. Click Allow to grant Koncert the necessary permissions.
- Once authorization is successful, Koncert will begin setting up your organization. After the setup is complete, you will be directed to the Workspace portal.
After logging into the Workspace portal, the Product Tour will automatically start. This provides an overview of the Workspace interface and features.
- Follow the Prompts: You can navigate through the tour by following the on-screen instructions.
- Skip the Product Tour: If you prefer, you can skip the tour by clicking the Skip button.
To assist with the onboarding process and provide continuous support, Koncert automatically creates a default Koncert Support User for your organization. This user will act as your dedicated assistant for troubleshooting, real-time support, and operational guidance.
The credentials for the Koncert Support User are as follows:
- Email: support-<org id>@koncert.com
- Password: Koncert@<org id>
