There are two sections under the Dashboard tab:

• Users

• Products

Users

• Active Users - Displays the total number of active users in the organization.

• Inactive Users - Displays the total number of inactive users in the organization.

Products

• Products – Displays the list of products for which you have obtained a license.

• Availability - Displays the availability status of each product.  

• • Yes – Denotes that the license is available for assigning to the users
  • No - There is no license to assign to the users

• Licenses - Displays the total number of assigned licenses / Total number of licenses for each product in the organization.  For example, 0/3, here 0 denotes that no license has been assigned out of 3 licenses in the organization for the product  AI Flow Dialer.
