The My Profile tab in Koncert Workspace allows you to view and manage your personal information, roles, and licenses and offers easy access to launch Koncert products. Below are the details available in the My Profile tab:

- Name – Your first and last name as entered during sign-up.
- Email Address – Shows the email ID you provided during the organization creation process.
- Timezone – By default, set to (GMT-04:00) Eastern Daylight Time (America/New_York), but you can change it as needed.
- Geo Location – Defaults to the United States, but you can change the geographical location if necessary.
- User Location – Defaults to New Hampshire, but you can change if necessary.
- Call Recordings – By default, this feature is turned ON, allowing you to enable call recordings for inviting users. If desired, you can turn off the toggle button to disable call recordings.
- Role – A user signing up for the first time will automatically be assigned Admin & Manager roles. Both roles will be enabled but grayed out, preventing them from being modified.
- Licenses – The Licenses section allows you to select the products you wish to explore. Typically, Admin users will not have any licenses by default. However, you can opt to explore specific features such as AIPD, AIFD, and AAD sessions, as well as the Cadence application, depending on the selected licenses. The minimum number of Licenses for any new org is 3.
- Country – Defaults to the United States, but you can change the country if, needed.
Based on the selected country, Koncert will automatically populate the country code for the Direct Phone and Mobile Phone fields.
- Direct Phone: Enter your direct phone number.
- Mobile Phone: Enter your mobile phone number.
NOTE: The Direct Phone and Mobile Phone added here are made available under the Custom Caller IDs in the Koncert Application.
- Enable Caller ID Managed Services: This feature is disabled by default, but you can enable it if needed. It allows Koncert to automatically upload the entered Direct Phone or Mobile Phone into the Caller IDs » Health Check tab to verify whether the phone number is flagged as spam.
- After making changes to your profile, click Save to update your profile details. A confirmation message will appear: Profile Updated
In the My Profile tab, you can also launch the Koncert products by clicking on their respective buttons.
- For example, clicking the Launch Dialers button will open the Koncert AI Dialers, allowing you to start exploring the product.
Upon clicking the Launch AI Dialers button, the Koncert AI Dialers will be launched as shown below. You can start exploring the products by contacting Koncert Support for the required documents.
If, during org creation, you selected any third-party application (such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo), it will automatically integrate with your Koncert Org. You can view this integration under the Administration » Third Party Integrations tab in the Koncert Dialers portal.
You must authorize the integration and assign users whose credentials will be used to import call lists from the third-party application for dialing. You will also need to map the call dispositions for synchronization. Refer to the Integrations section for detailed guidance.
NOTE:

- As an Admin, you will have access to the Dialers portal even if you have not selected any products. However, you will not be able to see the Dialing Session tab (AIPD/AIFD/AAD) for initiating the dialing process unless those specific licenses are selected.

- The Cadence application will only be available if you have selected the corresponding license.
