The Integrations tab in Koncert Workspace allows you to view your integrations with external CRMs. Below is an outline of the key sections available in this tab:

My Integrations

This section displays the CRM you have integrated with Koncert Workspace, such as Salesforce. The CRM integration provides a seamless connection between your Koncert workspace and the customer relationship management system you use for managing contacts, interactions, and data.

Available Add-ons

This section lists other CRMs that are available for integration with Koncert Workspace. Currently, Workspace supports integration with other CRMs such as Salesforce-Sandbox and HubSpot

NOTE: The Integrations tab will NOT be visible to standalone (non-CRM) users.
