The sign-up process for users in Koncert Workspace has been streamlined, allowing users to sign in using their CRM credentials. There are two methods available for users to sign up:
Method 1:
The admin can enable the Allow users to sign up automatically feature, which allows users to sign up automatically for the Koncert Portal. This feature is enabled by default in your organization.
Pre-requisites: Ensure that you have your CRM credentials ready to login to Workspace.
- Use the link provided by your Admin to access the Koncert sign in page.
- On the sign-in page, click on the Sign in with Salesforce.
- The Salesforce login page will be displayed.
- Enter your Salesforce Username and Password to log in.
- After entering your credentials and logging in, a popup window will appear, requesting permission for Koncert to access your Salesforce data. Click the Allow button to grant access.
- Once the Allow button is clicked, Koncert will start setting up your Dialer account.
- After successfully connecting your Salesforce account with Koncert, you will be redirected to the Koncert portal.
By default, the Product Tour will be enabled once you log into the Koncert portal. If needed, you can navigate and explore the product by simply following the prompts or can even skip the Product Tour navigation by clicking the Skip option.
Method 2:
If the Allow users to sign up automatically feature is disabled, the admin can manually invite users to sign up.
Pre-requisites: Ensure that you have your CRM credentials ready to login to Workspace.
- Go to your registered email and click on the Login to Koncert button in the invite email that you received.
- The login page will only show your Salesforce login option.
- Click on Sign In with Salesforce to login with your Salesforce credentials.
- A window will pop up asking you to grant Koncert access to your Salesforce account. Click the Allow button to authorize Koncert’s access.
- After successful authorization, you will be redirected to the you will be redirected to the Koncert portal.
By default, the Product Tour will be enabled once you log into the Koncert portal. If needed, you can navigate and explore the product by simply following the prompts or can even skip the Product Tour navigation by clicking the Skip option.
