After uploading a call list from a CRM or from your computer (CSV format), you can update the dialing settings configured for that list at any time.
Below you will be shown how to update the List Settings of a call list:
- In the My Lists tab, click the List Settings icon to the right of the Call List that you wish to update.
- After the List Dialing Settings - <List Name> window pops up, update the settings as needed.
- Click Save to save the changes made.
