Koncert has a certified app within Salesforce. To complete the setup, please follow the instructions sent by Koncert Support. These instructions include downloading our certified app and assigning permissions and should roughly take 30-minutes to complete.
Once the Integration is completed, users will be able to access Cadence through a “Koncert Session” tab within the CRM.
Cadence users can connect their email to one of these email accounts.
- Microsoft Office365,
- Microsoft Exchange (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016).
If you have a different Email server than what is listed, your Email Account will not be able to be authenticated.
When users log into their Cadence Account, they can go into the Settings tab and authenticate the connection by selecting their respective Email Server Type and typing in their Email ID and Password.
If you have two-factor authentication enabled, please reach out to Koncert Support at email@example.com for special instructions on how to complete this authentication.
Once the connection is verified, users will see a “Your Account is Verified” message below their Email Account.
Once your Cadence Account has been set up and verified, you can start to send emails to Prospects through Email Touches and make phone calls through Call Touches. Each time an Email Touch or Call Touch is completed, a completed task will be created in Salesforce with the outcome of the Touch (i.e. Sent, Opened, Replied, (or) Actual Outcomes, etc). The task will show the outcome in the Subject and the email will be displayed in the Comments on the Task.
The Subject of the Task can be personalized and all other field mappings can be updated from Settings » Sync Field Mappings » Cadence Expressions.
