Agent Assisted Dialer Session
In Agent Assisted Dialer, the Sales Rep or Talker will upload a Call List and initiate the dialing session. Contacts in the list will be allocated to the Dialing Agents. Once the call is connected to the prospect, Dialing Agent immediately transfers the call to the Sales Rep. Once the call is completed, the Sales Rep logs the details of the call in the Call Disposition window.
Lead Pool Session
A Lead Pool Session is a significant and innovative feature, intended and developed for Agent Assisted Dialer users to connect with more prospects in less time, which improves your sales productivity.
In the Lead Pool Session, the Sales Manager will upload a Call List and assign it to a team of Sales Reps with the necessary settings. Sales Reps will initiate the session concurrently. The underlying strategy used in the Lead Pool Session enables equal allocation of records in the Call List among the Team (Sales Reps), which is then assigned to the dialing agents for concurrent dialing. Once a call is connected with a prospect, the Dialing Agent immediately transfers the call to the Sales Rep. Through this, you can connect with more prospects in less time.
