After uploading a call list from a CRM or from your computer (CSV format) or from a Cadence, you can update the List Settings configured for that list, at any time.
Below you can find how to update the List Settings of a call list:
- In the Koncert » My Lists tab, click the Settings icon to the right of the Call List that you wish to update.
- After the List Dialing Settings - <List Name> window pops up, update the settings as needed.
- Click Save to save the changes made.
