Below you can find how to skip or move a prospect from the current touch to the next touch, manually:

Method 1: From View Cadence window (Move to Next Touch)

1. In the Cadences tab, click on the Cadence under which the prospect has to be moved to the next touch manually.

2. After the View Cadence window pops up, navigate to the Prospects tab and click the Active status.

3. Select the desired prospect from the grid that you wish to move to the next touch. Then, click the Action dropdown above the grid and select the option Move to next touch.

4. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click Ok to move the selected prospect to the next touch manually.

5. Once the selected prospect is moved to the next touch successfully, a success message will be displayed.

NOTE:

• • Only Active Prospects can be moved to the next touch.
  • You can select and move multiple prospects to the next touch, at once.
  • If there are no more touches available in a Cadence when clicking the Ok button in the Move to Next Touch pop-up window a notification will be displayed.

Method 2: From Prospects tab (Skip Touch)

1. In the Cadence » Prospects tab, hover on a prospect that you wish to move to next touch. Then, click the  Skip Touch icon on the floating toolbar.

2. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click Ok to move the selected prospect to the next touch manually.

3. Once the selected prospect is moved to the next touch successfully, a success message will be displayed.

Method 3: From Prospect View window (Skip Touch)

1. Bring up the Prospect View window by clicking the Prospect name from any one of the following tabs/screen:

  • Cadence » Cadences tab » View Cadence » Emails tab
  • Cadence » Cadences tab » View Cadence » Calls tab
  • Cadence » Cadences tab » View Cadence » Text tab

  • Cadence » Accounts tab » View Accounts » Tasks tab
  • Cadence » Pending Calls tab
  • Cadence » To Do tab

2. In the Prospect View window, click the Skip icon  under the Actions section.

NOTE: The Skip icon will only appear for assigned prospects

3. A confirmation message will be displayed. Click Ok to move a prospect to the next touch.

4. Once the selected prospect is moved to the next touch successfully, a success message will be displayed.

5. An activity for the skip touch will be created in the Prospect View window » Activities section, with the information ‘User Driven’.
