The Administration module is intended and developed for Sales Managers or managers with administrative rights to view and enable the following settings:
Teams tab – Create, edit & delete the Teams and assign/change the users for the managers.
Users tab – All the users in an organization will be listed along with their activation status. If required, managers can edit the user’s information and make the users active or inactive.
Call Dispositions tab – The Call Disposition values for all the Koncert products (Agent Assisted Dialer, Flow Dialer, and Click Dialer – for both Talker and Dialing Agent) will be displayed. Managers can edit the available Call Disposition values using the Edit icon to the right of the value.
Org Level tab – View and edit the Org Level Information settings which were previously configured and applicable across the users & managers in an organization.
Do Not Call tab – Enable the Do Not Call (DNC) settings which will automate the DNC process during import (from the Salesforce CRM).
CRM Import tab – Create criteria for the users to filter and import prospects from the Salesforce CRM, for different Salesforce Objects such as Contact, Lead, Activities with Contacts, and Activities with Leads.
Parking Lot Rules tab – Create the set of rules with pre-set criteria to restrict the Dialing Agents or Talkers from dialing phone numbers that were previously dialed & logged with negative outcomes (e.g. Wrong Phone Number, No Longer with the Company, Do Not Call, etc.).
Parking Lot tab – Managers can search, view, sort, and delete the parked records, which are displayed based on the pre-set criteria created in the Parking Lot Rules tab. Once the records have been deleted, Koncert will initiate dialing these contact/phone numbers.
