The following are the key features that have been newly introduced into the ConnectLeader portal:

Sales Engagement Score
Sales Engagement Score is a key feature introduced in TruCadence to generate and credit pre-configured metrics to the prospects for their positive response/outcomes to the executed touches (Email, Call, Text, Other, and LinkedIn) and to the Cadence associated with the respective touch.
This helps to measure how engaged your prospects are, based on their responses to the Touches.

The Parking Lot feature has been introduced to restrict the Talkers and/or Dialing Agents from dialing phone numbers that were previously dialed & logged with negative outcomes (e.g. Wrong Phone Number, No Longer with the Company, Do Not Call, etc). This can be achieved by creating a set of rules with preset criteria (Call Outcomes) under Administration » Parking Lot Rules. Phone numbers that match the criteria will be parked and restricted from dialing i.e. dialing will not be initiated for the numbers.
