NOTE: Only CRM managers can use this feature to upload the CRM list on behalf of their users.
Below you can find how to import a call list from your computer:
- In the Cadence » Prospects tab, select the user from the User(s) dropdown.
- Now, click on the Import from CRM button above the grid.
- After the Upload List(s) window pops up, choose one of the following options:
a. Select the option ‘Show Reports from all folder(s)’ to view the reports from all folders at once.
Click Next to view and select the report(s) from the required folders.
OR
b. Select the option ‘Choose folder from dropdown below’ to choose the report(s) from a folder. When selecting this option, a dropdown will be enabled to choose a report folder.
Select a report folder from the dropdown.
The Refresh icon next to the dropdown list allows you to refresh the report folders.
- Click Next to select the required report(s) from the folder(s). You can select a maximum of 4 reports, at once.
- The Select the User field at the bottom defaults to the user (team member) that you filtered (at Step 1). If needed, you can change the user from the dropdown. The report will be uploaded to the selected user.
- Select/enter a tag name in the Tag your list(s) dropdown, which helps to filter and search for these prospects.
NOTE: If you have not tagged your list then the Tag Info window below will be displayed, when clicking the Next button.
o Click Continue to proceed without tagging the list, or
o Click Add Tag to stay on the Upload List(s) window to tag the list.
- You can also directly assign the prospects in the uploading report(s) to a Cadence by selecting a desired Cadence from the Add to Cadence dropdown.
- Click Next to upload the selected report(s).
- The reports will be uploaded and the upload status for each report will be displayed in the Upload List(s) window.
- Prospects in the uploaded CRM report(s) will be listed under the selected user’s Prospects tab. You can view the uploaded prospects by selecting the respective user from the User(s) dropdown.
