Koncert provides an option to dial the list from where you left off previously. You can find this option in the Before You Begin window, after clicking the Start Session button in the My Session tab.
However, you cannot start the session from where you left off previously for the following scenarios:
- when the list was reloaded from the My Lists tab.
- when bringing the most up-to-date changes in your report from the CRM by clicking the Refresh icon in the dialing tools.
- when removing or selecting additional time zones in the Before You Begin window.
