After completing the Koncert-Outreach integration as mentioned in the article How do I complete the Outreach Integration?, assign the Outreach users whose credentials will be used to import call list(s) from Outreach.
Below you can find how to assign users to Outreach:
NOTE: The users created (upon your request to Koncert Support) will be listed under Settings » Third Party Integrations » Assign Users.
- In the Third Party Integrations tab, click on the Assign Users button.
- The Assign Users window will be displayed. Select and move the desired users from the Available Users pane to the Assigned Users pane whose credentials will be used to import calling list(s) from Outreach.
NOTE: By default, all the Outreach Users will be listed under the Available Users pane. However, when assigning Outreach Users that are not created in Koncert previously, an error message ‘User(s) failed to assign’ will be displayed.
- Click Save to save the settings.
