The Teams tab in Koncert’s Administration module allows Admins to create, edit, and delete teams by grouping Sales Reps and Managers. Teams can be customized with specific managers, users, and call dispositions.
- Admins / Managers with admin access can create, edit, and delete teams. A team can include multiple managers, and each manager may belong to several teams.
- For orgs created through the Workspace, a default team named 'Default' is automatically generated and displayed here. This team includes all users and managers added via Base App invites or signups. The default team includes all available call dispositions.
- Any changes made to User Management in the Workspace are reflected in the Default team within Koncert.
Below you can find instructions on how to create a team:
- Click on Create Team.
- The Add a new team window will pop up.
- Enter your Team name in the Team Name field.
- Select the Manager(s) from the Choose Managers dropdown and select users from the Choose Users dropdown. The Name (s) of the Manager (s) will be highlighted in Blue color under the Choose Users dropdown.
NOTE: Click Clear icon to remove the Managers or Users selected in the respective dropdowns.
- Select call dispositions for each team from the Choose Call Dispositions dropdown. Only the selected dispositions will be available and visible to users belonging to that team in the Call Disposition window.
- Click Save. A confirmation message saying ‘Team Created’ will be displayed.
NOTE: All the three fields are mandatory. If any one of the three mandatory fields is left empty, an alert message will be displayed upon clicking Save. Here for example, the alert message shows to select at least one user, as the Choose Users field is left empty.
- The newly created Team will be displayed under the Teams tab, with the selected information as shown below:
Viewing Team Details
Managers: Hover over the initials in the Managers column to see the manager's full name.
Users: Click on the Users tag to see a list of usernames along with their initials.
Call Dispositions: Click on the Call Dispositions tag to view the dispositions assigned to the team.
