The Audit Trail feature in the Lists tab allows you to view and track the history of activities and events associated with an uploaded call list. This can be particularly useful for monitoring the actions taken on a call list, such as changes to the list, dialing settings, or other modifications made throughout its lifecycle.
Below you can find how to view the history of activities that occurred in the uploaded call list:
- In the Lists tab, select the call list(s) that you wish to view and track the sequence of activities/events. Click on the Actions button at the top of the screen, and from the dropdown menu, select the Audit Trail option.
- The Audit Trail - <List Name> window will appear, showing a detailed log of activities that have occurred with the selected call list. This will include timestamps, events, user details, and the nature of any actions performed.
If you want more details about a specific event, you can hover your mouse over the Info icon next to each entry to display the calling session settings or additional context related to the activity.
- Once you’re finished reviewing the history, click the Close
icon to exit the Audit Trail window.
This feature is particularly useful for tracking the progression of a call list, ensuring transparency, and maintaining accountability for actions taken by users or managers.
