The Audit Trail feature in the Lists tab is used to view and track the sequence of activities/events that occurred in the uploaded call list.
Below you can find how to view the history of activities that occurred in the uploaded call list:
- In the Lists tab, select the call list(s) that you wish to view and track the sequence of activities/events. Then, click the Actions button on the top and select the option Audit Trail.
- The Audit Trial - <List Name> window pops up, where the sequence of activities that occurred in the list will be displayed.
You can view the Calling Session Settings of the event by mouse hovering over an Info icon.
- Click the Close icon to close the window.
