The Star system in Koncert allows you to mark your favorite call list, individually.
Below you can find how to mark a Call List favorite:
- In the Lists tab, mouse hover on a call list that you wish to mark as a favorite and click on
the icon.
- Upon clicking on
- The Star icon turns yellow
which indicates that the marked list is a starred/favorite call list.
NOTE: Managers can mark their own lists as favorites but cannot mark their team's list under the My Team's Lists tab.
- You can view your favorite call lists by clicking the Show Favorites checkbox above the grid.
