In Koncert, the Star system allows you to mark individual call lists as favorites, making it easier to access and prioritize important lists during your dialing sessions. Star the important lists to keep them at the top of your Lists tab.

Below you can find how to mark a Call List favorite:

1. In the Lists tab, locate the call list you want to mark as a favorite and hover your mouse pointer over it. A Star icon will appear next to the call list.

2. Click on this icon to mark the list as a favorite. After clicking the star, a confirmation alert will appear.

3. The star icon will turn yellow , signaling that the list is now a starred/favorite call list.

NOTE: Managers can mark their own lists as favorites but cannot mark their team's list under the My Team's Lists tab.

To view only your favorite call lists, simply check the Show Favorites checkbox above the list grid. This will filter the view to display only the lists you've marked as favorites.
