In the Koncert portal, both Users and Managers can delete call lists. Managers also have the added capability to delete call lists belonging to their team members via the My Team's Lists tab. Deleting a call list removes it from the active list and ensures that it no longer appears in the Lists Tab.

Key Considerations:

Dialing History Reset: Deleting a list will permanently remove the dialing history associated with it. If you choose to reimport the same list, it will be considered a new list, with no historical data.

Below you can find how to delete a call list(s):

1. Select the list or lists you want to delete by checking the box next to each list. Once you have selected the list(s),  Click the Actions button, which opens the dropdown menu with several options. From the dropdown, select the Delete option.

2. Once selected, this will prompt a confirmation message to appear, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected list(s). Click Delete.

3. Once the list(s) are deleted, a success message will appear confirming that the call list(s) have been removed from your Lists Tab.

4. The selected call list(s) will be deleted from the Lists tab.

NOTE:

• Cannot Delete Lists in Active Dialing Sessions:

You cannot delete a call list that is currently being dialed in an active Dialing Session Tab. If you attempt to delete a list in use, an alert message will appear, notifying you that the list cannot be deleted as it is actively in use.

• Cannot Delete Previously Dialed Lists: 

If the call list has already been dialed in a previous session, it will not be deleted. Instead, the list will be automatically archived. If you attempt to delete such a list, an alert message will display confirming this action and the list will be moved to the Archived Lists section instead of being deleted.
