Below you can find how to delete a call list(s):

1. In the Lists tab, select the call list(s) that you wish to delete. Then, click the Actions button on the top and select the option Delete.

2. The confirmation message below will be displayed. Click Delete to delete the selected call list(s).

3. After successful deletion, the alert message shown below will be displayed.

4. The selected call list(s) will be deleted from the Lists tab.

NOTE:

• You cannot delete the lists that are being dialed by the user in the AIPD Session tab. If trying to do so, an alert message below will be displayed:

• You cannot delete the lists that were dialed previously. If you try to do so, they will be directly archived.
