In the Lists tab, both Users and Managers can unarchive the lists. In addition, the managers can navigate to the My Team's Lists tab to unarchive the lists of their team members.
Below you can find how to unarchive an archived call list:
- To unarchive a list, click on the Actions button located at the top of the Lists Tab. A dropdown menu will appear with various options. Select the Archived Lists option from the dropdown. This will open the Archived Lists screen, where all your archived lists are stored.
- After selecting the desired list(s), click on the Unarchive button.
- The system will display a confirmation message to ensure that you want to unarchive the selected list(s). To proceed, click Confirm.
- Once the process is completed, a confirmation message will appear. This confirms that the selected call list(s) have been successfully restored to the active lists.
- The unarchived list will now appear back in the Lists Tab among your active lists. You can proceed to use the list for dialing or other actions as needed.
