Caller IDs are a powerful tool for customizing how your phone number appears to prospects during a dialing session. By adjusting your Caller ID settings, you can enhance your chances of getting your calls answered, improving engagement and conversion rates.

The Caller ID setup is available in the Settings Summary window.

Here you can find three different Caller ID options to select from, they are as follows:

• Automated Local Presence – Enables a local presence for your calls, making them appear as though they are coming from a local area code. A pre-configured pool of Caller IDs is associated with different area codes, ensuring your prospects see a number they are likely to recognize and answer.

• Custom – If you choose the Custom Caller ID option, you will be presented with a dropdown menu that allows you to select from available Caller IDs. The selected Caller ID will be displayed to the prospect during the call.

Round Robin Feature: If you select more than one Caller ID, Koncert will automatically rotate between them in a round-robin fashion, presenting a different number to each prospect for every call. This adds variety to your calls and prevents them from looking repetitive.

NOTE: For international dialing, the Caller ID should be 'Custom Caller IDs'.

• Random – The Random Caller ID option allows Koncert to randomly select one of the Automated Local Presence Caller IDs from the pre-configured pool. This random selection provides an extra layer of variability, ensuring that your calls don’t all appear the same to prospects.
