After uploading a call list from a CRM or your computer (CSV format) or Cadence, you can update the dialing settings configured for that list at any time.
The List Settings feature will be enabled based on your request to Koncert Support.
Below you can find how to update the List Settings of a call list:
- In the Lists tab, click on the Settings icon to the right of the Call List that you wish to update.
- After the List Settings - <List Name> window pops up, update the settings as needed.
- Click Save to save the changes made.
