A Call Script is an essential tool that helps the Sales Team effectively communicate the key benefits and unique features of products to prospects, inspiring them to take the next step in the sales process. It serves as a structured guide to ensure consistent messaging and enhance engagement.
Below you can find how to add a Call Script to a Call list in the Lists tab:
- In the Lists tab, click on the Call Script
icon for the list you wish to add a call script.
- Once clicked, the Call Script window will open, allowing you to input your script.
- Type the script that you want to share with your Sales Representatives. Use the formatting options at the top of the window to adjust text formatting (e.g., bold, italics, bullet points) to ensure clarity and emphasis on key points.
- Once you’ve finished entering and formatting your call script, click Save to store the script. An alert will appear confirming that the script has been saved successfully.
The Call Script icon will turn blue if a script has been successfully added to the list. If no script is available, the icon will remain gray

Accessing the Call Script During a Dialing Session
Once the call script has been added to the call list, it will be visible to the Talker (Sales Rep) during the dialing session. After a call is connected, the Sales Rep can access the script by clicking the Call Script icon in the Call Disposition window, as shown below:
After reviewing the script, click the Close icon to exit the window.
