The View Audit Trail feature in the Call Recordings tab allows you to track changes made in the Permissions and Settings tabs, providing a detailed history of updates to call recording permissions.
Steps to view the Call Recording Permissions/Settings History:
- Navigate to the Call Recordings » Permissions tab and click on the View Audit Trail button.
- An Audit Trail pop-up window will appear, showing a list of changes made, including:
- The specific changes applied
- The manager who made the changes
- The timestamp of each change
- The users for whom the changes were applied
- To refine the audit trail data, click the Filters icon:

By default, data displays for Current Week and All Users.

Modify the Date Range and Users dropdowns as needed.
NOTE:
- The Start Date and End Date fields can be selected only when the Custom date range is chosen. For all other date ranges, these fields cannot be edited.
- To select all options in the dropdown menus at once, click Select All, and to deselect all options, click Clear.
- Click Apply to display audit trail data for the specified date range and users.
- Click the Cancel button to close the Audit Trail window.
By using the View Audit Trail feature, managers can easily track updates to call recording permissions and settings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
