Certain states in the U.S. enforce two-party consent laws, requiring that all parties involved in a phone call consent to the recording. To comply with these regulations, Koncert provides an option to restrict call recording for states requiring two-party consent.
NOTE: This information is for reference only and reflects the status as of the publication date. State laws may change, so please verify current regulations in your state before recording any conversation or phone call.
