Here, you can provide approvals for the sales reps to record, view and play those recorded calls.
- Record Calls – Select this option to record the calls of the User/Sales Reps. On enabling this option, both sides of the call (Talker & Prospect) will be recorded.
Also, the below tooltip information will be displayed when hovering over the icon, next to Record Calls.
NOTE: The Record icon appears only when the Record Calls checkbox is selected.
If this option is not enabled, the remaining options Record User Audio only and Recording Permissions will be automatically disabled, and the option Generate User Transcription Only will be grayed out and unavailable for selection.
- Record User Audio Only – Telephone call recording is strictly regulated in many states to safeguard the privacy of telephone users. Hence, Koncert has provided this option to prohibit the call recording for those 2 Party Consent states requiring 2 party consent.
By default, the option will be enabled, once the option Record Calls is enabled. It indicates that User-side calls will only be recorded but not the Prospect side. If needed, you can disable it to record both sides.

You can also select/deselect the Record User Audio Only checkbox, for each user.
- Generate User Transcription Only – For prospects residing in two-party consent states, Koncert allows recording of only the user's side of the audio. By default, this setting will be selected for all users. If needed, you can modify it.
- If Generate User Transcription Only is enabled, the transcript will be displayed only for the user’s side, when dialing the prospect who is in a two-party consent state.
- If Generate User Transcription Only is disabled, the transcript will be displayed for both the User's and the Prospect's sides, when dialing the prospect who is in a two-party consent state.
Disabling this setting can cause serious compliance issues published by the two-party states.
Note: If the Record User Audio Only is not enabled, then the Generate User Transcription Only will be automatically deselected.
- Recording Permissions – Select the options to offer permissions to the Users/Managers to view, play & rate those recordings, and to delete the recordings.
- View – Select this option to provide permission to the Users/Managers to view, play and rate their own recorded calls.
- Delete – Select this option to provide permission to the Users/Managers to delete their own recorded calls in the Call Recordings tab.
The below alert message will be displayed when any changes are done.
