The Delete option is available and enabled only for Admins and Manager with Admin access by default. For users, it will be available only if the Admin grants the permission.
Below you can find how to delete the Custom Caller IDs:
- In the Caller IDs tab » Custom Caller IDs sub-tab, click on the Delete
icon (under the Action column) to the right of the Custom Caller ID you wish to delete.
- A confirmation message below will be displayed.
Click Yes to delete the Custom Caller ID, or click Close icon to cancel the deletion process.
- After successful deletion, an alert message Caller ID deleted will be displayed.
NOTE: When you delete a Custom Caller ID purchased from Twilio, you can no longer purchase that Caller ID in Twilio again.
