The Delete option is available and enabled by default only for Admins and Managers with Admin access.
For other users, the Delete option will only be accessible if the Admin grants the necessary permission.
Below you can find how to delete the Custom Caller IDs:
- In the Caller IDs tab » Custom Caller IDs sub-tab, click on the Delete
icon (under the Action column) next to the Custom Caller ID you wish to remove.
- A confirmation message will appear asking if you're sure about the deletion.
To proceed, click Yes to confirm the deletion, or click the Close icon to cancel the process.
- After successful deletion, an alert message will display: Caller ID deleted.
NOTE: If you delete a Custom Caller ID that was purchased from Twilio, it cannot be purchased again in Twilio.
