Enabling the Caller IDs Tab

There are no specific settings required to enable this feature within Koncert. The Caller IDs tab is enabled by default for your organization. You can access it from the Koncert portal to purchase and manage your Caller IDs.

NOTE: If you have not purchased or mapped any Caller IDs for the selected area codes, Koncert will display an alert message in the portal, indicating that calls will not be established. This is to notify you that, without the necessary Caller IDs, outbound calls cannot be made.
