Below is the list of features available within Caller IDs tab.
With Koncert, you can get the first hundred Caller IDs for free from Twilio. In this section, you can see the total number of Caller IDs available, the number of Caller IDs purchased from Twilio, and the remaining free Caller IDs that can be purchased from Twilio.
Koncert offers a Cushion Percentage feature i.e. an additional buffer of caller IDs beyond the Subscription count. You can avail the cushion percentage by contacting Koncert Support.
For example, if your organization has a limit of 100 caller IDs and you've availed a 10% cushion limit, then 10 additional caller IDs will be added to your subscription.
The formula for calculating the additional number of caller IDs = Subscription count * Cushion percentage.
An Info icon will be made available if you have availed the Cushion Percentage feature. A tooltip will be displayed when hovering over it.
You can reach out to Koncert to modify the cushion percentage based on your preferences.
