Heat Map History
Clicking on the Heat Map History button shows the daily average count of calls made using the Mapped Caller IDs over the past 30 days. It will populate data starting from the day before you began using the mapped caller ID for dialing, and will extend up to the past 30 days.
For example, if the number shown is "50," it means that, on average, 50 calls were made across all mapped Caller IDs on that day.
Average Dials per area code = Total Dials made by purchased caller IDs / No of purchased caller IDs.
- If the Caller ID usage is <80%, the actual Heat value will be highlighted in a Green color
- If the Caller ID usage is >80 to 89%, the actual heat value will be highlighted in an Orange color
- If the Caller ID usage is >90%, the actual heat value will be highlighted in a Red color
Notably, any calls made during weekends will be excluded from consideration.
The Heat Map History section will be hidden from your view by simply clicking on the Heat Map History button.
Upon reaching the maximum limit, you will receive a notification email that indicates the Caller ID and its usage. Based on that, you can release the Caller IDs and purchase new Caller IDs or you can map the caller IDs available within the same state or from other states.
Refer to the article Release a Caller ID for detailed instructions on releasing Caller IDs.
