Once Caller IDs are added to the cart, you can proceed to complete the purchase. This guide outlines the steps required to finalize the transaction.

Important Notes

• US and Canada Only:

  • Only Caller IDs for the US and Canada can be purchased within Koncert.
  • International Caller IDs must be purchased directly through Twilio, outside of Koncert.

• Cart Overview:

  • The number of Caller IDs added to the cart will be displayed on the Cart button

Below you can find how to purchase the selected Caller IDs from Twilio.

1. Navigate to the Mapped Caller IDs tab and click the Purchase button.

2. After the Purchase Caller ID from Twilio window pops up, click the Cart button.

OR

If you are in the Add Caller IDs window, click the Cart button.

NOTE: The Cart button will display the number of Caller IDs currently added to the cart.

3. Clicking the Cart button will launch the Items in Cart window. Review the list of Caller IDs selected for purchase. Once you’ve finalized the Caller IDs, click the Proceed to Purchase button to confirm and initiate the purchase.

NOTE: If necessary, you can remove any Caller ID by clicking the Delete icon under the Action column

4. Upon clicking the Proceed to purchase button, the Forward Calls window will appear with the following fields:

• Forward all Incoming Calls to – Enter the phone number to which all incoming calls should be forwarded.

• Please select this checkbox if you would like the call back to ring forever – If you prefer callback calls to ring indefinitely, select this checkbox.

5. After entering the details, click Proceed to continue. The Transaction Code window will appear.

6. A Transaction Code will be sent to your registered email address.  Enter the code in the Transaction Code field and click the Proceed button to complete the purchase.

7. After successful completion, a confirmation message Caller IDs added will appear.

8. The newly purchased Caller IDs will be highlighted in green in the grid view.

Also, the total number of Caller IDs purchased from Twilio and the remaining free Caller IDs will be updated in real-time above the grid.
