Koncert allows users to purchase Caller IDs from Twilio based on specific area codes within the United States and Canada. These Caller IDs help enhance local presence during outbound calling. The purchasing process is easy to navigate, and you can map Caller IDs to multiple area codes for efficient utilization.

Before making a purchase, prioritize Caller IDs based on the following factors:

• Look for alerts in the banner on the Koncert portal, indicating area codes where Caller IDs are unavailable or need replenishment.

• Use the Heat Map History to assess the demand and coverage of Caller IDs for specific areas.

• Refer to the Usage Alert Notification Email for insights into Caller ID utilization trends.

• Purchases in Koncert are limited to Caller IDs within the US and Canada. For international Caller IDs, contact Twilio directly to complete the purchase outside Koncert.

You can purchase Caller IDs using one of the two methods described below:

Method 1

This method is suitable for browsing and purchasing Caller IDs for multiple area codes in a selected state.

1. Click on the Purchase button above the grid.

2. After the Purchase Caller ID from Twilio window pops up, select the Location (US or Canada) and the State from the dropdowns.

3. Choose an Area Code to narrow down the results. All Caller IDs available in the selected state will appear if the Area Code field is left blank.

OR

4. Click the Go button to display a list of available Caller IDs matching your filter.

OR

1. Review the list and select the Caller IDs you wish to purchase.

Map Caller IDs (Optional)

To map the selected Caller IDs to other area codes within the same state, check the box Map this Caller ID to other area codes in the same state.

Example: If you purchase Caller IDs for the area code (480) in Arizona , you can map them to other area codes (520, 928) within Arizona .

5. Now, click Add to Cart at the bottom of the window.

6. After adding the Caller IDs to the Cart, a confirmation message Added to Cart will appear.

NOTE: If the cart already has custom caller ids, an alert message 'Cart already has Custom Caller IDs. First complete Custom Caller IDs or clear that from cart.' will appear.

7. The View Cart button will show the number of Caller IDs added to the cart.

8. Click on the Cart  button to proceed the purchase.

Method 2

This method provides a grid-based approach to select Caller IDs for a specific state and area code.

1. In the Mapped Caller IDs sub-tab, click the Grid View icon to display the list of states in grid format.

2. Identify the state where you wish to purchase Caller IDs. Click the View button corresponding to the state name.

3. After the Caller IDs - <State Name> window pops up, locate the desired Area Code. Click the Cart icon next to the area code to proceed.

4. The Add Caller IDs window pops up, where you can either purchase new Caller IDs from Twilio or map Caller IDs from other area codes within the same State/other States. 

5. By default the option 'Purchase new Caller IDs' is selected. Choose the Caller IDs you wish to purchase. After selecting the Caller IDs, click Add to Cart.

6. A confirmation message Added to Cart will appear.

NOTE: If there is any Custom Caller IDs in the cart, you’ll see an alert below alert:

7. The View Cart button will show the total number of Caller IDs added.

7. Click on the Cart  button to proceed the purchase.
