Info  – Click to view the following information:

• Lists Uploaded – Name of the Report or File that has been uploaded from the Lists tab.
• Total Contacts Uploaded – Total number of records imported from the list for dialing.
• Do Not Call – Total number of Do not Call records in the list.
• Parking Lot – Total number of Parking Lot records in the list. 
• Removed from Dialing – Total number of records that removed from the dialing session.
• Invalid Timezone – Total number of records that have invalid timezone in the list. 

Select – Click to choose all records on the dialing list including those flagged Do Not Call  or Do Not Call Until , and make them dialable . Dialing will be initiated only for the contacts that are flagged as dialable.

A warning message below will be displayed to ensure proceed with records that are flagged for Do Not Call and Do Not Call Until.

Click Yes to select all records including records flagged for ‘Do Not Call’ and ‘Do Not Call Until’ or click Cancel to cancel the process.

You can select and deselect each record individually and perform either of the following actions if needed:

• Remove from this session
• Do not call until
• Do not call

The following icons will be displayed for the records under the Call column:

 – This icon will appear for all the dialable numbers

 – This icon will appear on records flagged as Do not call

 – This icon will appear on records flagged as Do not call until

 – This icon will appear on records that are Parked based on the Parking Lot settings configured under the Administration tab. Dialing will NOT be initiated for the Parked contacts. Click to launch the Parking Lot - <prospect name> window to view the details of the prospect that has been parked.

You can remove the parked contact/prospect from the Parking Lot instantly by clicking the Remove from Parking Lot button.

After successful removal, the message shown below will be displayed.

NOTE: Users can only delete parking lot prospects if the manager (with admin rights) has granted them permission in the Parking Lot tab.

CRM icon – Reports that are uploaded from CRM will be displayed with the respective CRM icon, e.g. Salesforce . Click to open and view the prospect details directly from the CRM. If you are a non-CRM customer, this icon will not be displayed.

LinkedIn  – Click to launch the prospect's LinkedIn profile to view additional information about the prospect.

NOTE: The LinkedIn  icon will appear only if the LinkedIn URL for the prospects is synchronized from the CRM or uploaded via CSV.

Account Name, Contact Name, Phone, and Title (example) – Here you will see the data you have chosen to be shown here from the Customize Your View section.

Remove – Choose the prospects that you wish to remove from the current dialing session by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospect and clicking on the Remove button.

A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK to remove contact(s) from the current session.

A success message will appear after the selected prospects have been removed successfully from the current session.

NOTE: Ensure that you are logged into the Koncert Phone Bridge before removing the prospects from the current dialing session. If you are not, an error message below will appear.

Do not call – Choose the prospects that you wish to flag Do not Call by clicking the checkbox to the left of the prospect and clicking on the Do not Call button. Prospects marked as do not call are prevented from being dialed.

A confirmation message below will be displayed. Click OK to mark the selected contact(s) as Do not call.

A success message will appear after the selected prospects have been marked as Do not call.

The Do not call icon  will be displayed to the left of prospect(s), as shown below:

Calls will not be initiated to the prospects that are marked as do not call, until you manually remove them individually. An alert message below will be displayed when clicking the Do not call icon .

Click Yes to remove the contact from the Do not Call status.

Do not call until – Choose the prospect(s) that you do not wish to call until a certain date and click on the  Do not call until button.

A confirmation message below will be displayed. Select a future date to call the prospect(s) and click OK to mark the selected contact(s) as Do not call.

A success message will appear after choosing a future date to call the prospect(s).

The Do not call until icon will be displayed to the left of the prospect(s), as shown below:

No calls will be initiated to the prospect(s) until the date selected. An alert message below will be displayed when clicking the Do not Call Until icon .

Click Yes to remove the contact from the Do not Call Until status.

Upload – Click to import call list(s) from a CRM or Sales Engagement Platform.

NOTE: If you are not a CRM customer and are not integrated with any Sales Engagement platform, this button will not be displayed.

Refresh  – When a list has been uploaded from the Lists tab, users can click Refresh to bring the latest report from the CRM.

Turn ON/OFF Voicemail – Use the toggle button to Turn ON/OFF the Voicemail feature as needed.

Voicemail – Select the voicemail that you wish to send automatically by the Artificial Intelligence, if there is a trace of Voicemail on the Call.

NOTE: Enabled and displayed only when VM is turned on. 

Join Audio – This button offers the following features for connecting the Koncert phone bridge.

• Phone Call – Dial in feature that allows users to connect to the Koncert Phone Bridge by dialing a Phone Number (Dial) and entering the Access Code that is visible under the Phone Call tab.
• Call Me – Call Me is an exclusive feature within Koncert, which is used to connect to the Phone Bridge by having Koncert call your phone, instead of manually dialing in and entering the access code.
• Computer Audio – The Computer Audio feature allows you to dial into the Koncert Phone Bridge using your computer audio (browser-based audio) instead of manually dialing in and entering the access code (Phone Call) or by having Koncert call your phone (Call Me).

Settings Summary – Here, you can find the quick summary of Voicemail settings, List Settings (under the Lists tab), AI Flow Dialer Settings, and Advanced settings. This helps you to have a quick view and configure settings before starting a session.
