The Join Audio button in the Dialing Session tab offers several options for connecting users to the Koncert Phone Bridge. These options are designed to provide flexibility depending on how you prefer to connect to the bridge for your session.

Dial in
The Dial in option allows users to connect to the Koncert Phone Bridge by dialing a Phone Number (Dial) and entering the Access Code, which is visible under the Phone Call tab.
NOTE: The Access Code is unique for each session and will change when the session times out or for each new session.
Join Using Call Me
The Call Me option enables Koncert to call your phone automatically, seamlessly connecting you to the Phone Bridge without the need to manually dial in or enter the access code.
Enter your phone number in the Enter Phone number field. If your phone number includes a country code, select the checkbox labeled 'Country code is prefixed'.
Click Call Now, and Koncert will call your phone.
Once you answer the call, you will be connected to the Koncert Phone Bridge.
After using either the Dial In or Join Using Call Me option, the Join Audio button will be hidden, the Audio Status (flashing Red) will turn Green , and the Start Session button will become enabled.
Join Using Computer Audio
The first time you use the Join Audio » Join Using Computer Audio feature in the Koncert portal, you will be asked to grant your computer microphone access. In order to participate in real-time audio during your sessions, your browser must have Microphone permissions enabled for Koncert.

The Computer Audio option allows you to connect into the Koncert Phone Bridge using your computer's audio (browser-based audio) instead of dialing (Phone Call) or receiving a call(Call Me).
You can simply click the Join with Computer Audio button and you will be connected to the Koncert phone bridge.
You will need to grant microphone permissions in your browser to use this option. Please refer to the article Microphone not enabled in the browser for detailed instructions.
Once connected via Computer Audio, the Join Audio button will be replaced with a Leave Audio button, the Audio Status (flashing Red ) will turn Green , and the Start Session button will become enabled.
NOTE: When you connect via Join Using Computer Audio, a Salesfloor Room will automatically be created and vice-versa.
Join Using Computer Audio - Private Room
When you connect via Join Using Computer Audio, a Salesfloor Room will automatically be created and vice-versa.
Similarly, if you connect using the Join Using Computer Audio - Private Room, a Salesfloor-Private Room will be created automatically and vice-versa.
Audio Device Settings and Disconnecting Bridge:
This will be applicable only when you connect using Computer Audio or Computer Audio - Private Room option.
Audio Device Settings:
Next to the Leave Audio button, you'll see a Mic icon along with a dropdown menu .Upon clicking it, the Microphone and Speaker dropdown menus will appear, displaying the names of the audio devices currently connected to your system by default.
If you have multiple audio devices connected, you can choose the desired microphone and speaker from the dropdown menus. Ensure that both the microphone and speaker are the same device for optimal sound quality.
A sound bar will indicate that your microphone is active. If the sound bar is not moving when you speak, you may need to check your device connections or replace the audio device.
Disconnecting from the Koncert Phone Bridge:
To disconnect from the Koncert Phone Bridge, simply click the Leave Audio button. Once you do, the Join Audio button will reappear.
Once connected to the Koncert Phone Bridge, you can begin dialing by clicking Start Session.
NOTE: Your last chosen audio connection option is remembered. The next time you click Join Audio, it will automatically connect using the same method without needing to select it again. For instance, if you previously selected Join Using Computer Audio, it will automatically connect you to the Koncert Phone Bridge using computer audio the next time you join.
This flexibility in connection options helps ensure a smooth experience when joining the Koncert Phone Bridge, whether you prefer dialing in, receiving a call, or using your computer’s audio.
