Once you have uploaded the call list, you can modify the prospect details (if needed), displayed in the Session tab.
Below you can find how to modify the prospect’s details:
- In the Dialing Session tab, click on the contact name that needs to be modified.
- The Prospect Information window will pop up, with the details of the selected record.
Defaults to the tab based on the settings configured under Administration » Company Setup » Call Disposition » Default Tab Settings.
Prospect Fields
Displays the fields that have been selected from the Customize View » Manage Columns section. If needed you can Edit and Update the prospect information.

- Standalone Customers – You can modify the details as required.

- CRM/ For orgs integrated with Apollo – You can modify the details as required. The modifications will be updated in the external CRM/Sales Engagement Platform and vice-versa.

- Orgs integrated with Salesloft or Outreach – A dedicated section titled Outreach or Salesloft Fields will be displayed. The existing fields available in Koncert will be shown under the Koncert Fields section. You can only modify the details as required in the Koncert Fields section. The modifications will be updated in the external Sales Engagement Platform and vice-versa.
From this screen, you can edit the Talking Points by clicking the Edit icon. Additionally, you can initiate a Google Search using the prospect’s Contact Name and Account Name as search criteria. Users can further refine the search terms to find relevant profiles or information about the prospect through Google, and access the prospect's LinkedIn profile for more details. You also have the option to mark the prospect as Do Not Call (DNC) or DNC Until.
Activity History
The Activity History tab provides you with the prospect's activities from the CRM/Sales Engagement Platform. This tab will be visible only if you dial the records from the CRM/Sales Engagement Platform.
Prospect Notes
This section fetches and displays notes for the prospect from the respective CRM/Sales Engagement platform. This tab will be available only when the records are imported from Cadence or Salesloft.
- Click the Save button to save the changes. After successfully saving the changes, the alert message below will be displayed.
