Once you have uploaded your call list, you can easily modify prospect details, if necessary, through the Dialing Session tab.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to modify prospect information.
- In the Dialing Session tab, click on the contact name that you wish to modify.
- The Prospect Information window will pop up, with the details of the selected record.
The tab that opens will default to the one specified in the system settings under the Administration » Company Setup » Call Disposition » Default Tab.
Prospect Fields
The Prospect Fields section will display the fields that were selected through the Customize View » Manage Columns section. If necessary, you can modify the prospect details directly in this section.

- Standalone Customers – You can modify the details as required.

- CRM/ For orgs integrated with Apollo – You can modify the details as required. The changes will be synced with your external CRM or Sales Engagement Platform.

- Orgs integrated with Salesloft or Outreach – A dedicated section titled Outreach or Salesloft Fields will be visible. The existing fields available in Koncert will be shown under the Koncert Fields section. Here, only fields listed under Koncert Fields can be modified. Any changes made will be synchronized with the respective external Sales Engagement Platform and vice-versa.
From this screen, you can edit the Talking Points by clicking the Edit icon.
Additionally, you can initiate a Google Search using the prospect’s Contact Name and Account Name as search criteria. Users can further refine the search terms to find relevant profiles or information about the prospect through Google, and access the prospect's LinkedIn profile for more details.
You also have the option to mark the prospect as Do Not Call (DNC) or DNC Until.
Activity History
This tab will show the prospect’s activities, including past interactions from the integrated CRM or Sales Engagement Platform. This tab will only be visible if the record was dialed directly from the CRM or Sales Engagement Platform.
Prospect Notes
This tab will display any notes related to the prospect, fetched from the respective CRM or Sales Engagement platform. This tab will be available only for records imported from Cadence, CRM, and SEP except for Apollo.
- Click the Save button to save the changes. After successfully saving the changes, the alert message below will be displayed.
