Koncert has provided an option to rearrange the Call Dispositions in the Administration » Call Dispositions tab, as needed. The order it was sorted will appear in the Call Disposition window » Call Outcome field, during the call disposition.
Below you can find how to rearrange the Call Disposition values:
- In the Administration » Call Dispositions tab, click and drag the
icon at the left of the call disposition to be moved to the desired position.
- A notification message 'Display Order Updated Successfully’ will be displayed, once the rearranging is done.
- The order of the Call Disposition will be rearranged as shown below:
You can move the Call Disposition anywhere within the Call Disposition tab.
NOTE: If you want to sort the Call Disposition options available on the next page, you can adjust the 'Row Number' in the bottom-left page navigation section. This will make the Call Disposition options available on the same screen for easy drag and drop.
