After completing the Koncert-Salesloft integration as mentioned in the article How do I complete the Salesloft Integration?, it is mandatory to map the Koncert Call Dispositions with the Salesloft Call Dispositions and Sentiment, for mutual synchronization of call activities.
When one or more Salesloft dispositions are not mapped in Koncert, a banner message will appear in the Koncert application upon logging in. Once all the dispositions are mapped, the banner message will be hidden from view.
Below you can find how to map the Koncert Call Dispositions with the Salesloft Call Dispositions:
- When logging in to the Koncert portal for the first time, click on the banner message; this will redirect you to the Third Party Integrations tab. Then, click the Call Disposition Mapping link.

Navigate to Settings » Third Party Integrations tab and click the Call Disposition Mapping link.
- The call dispositions appear blank for the first time logging into Koncert. You can see the number of default call dispositions available in Koncert.
- You have two options for mapping Koncert dispositions to Salesloft:
- Manual Mapping
- Overwrite with Salesloft Dispositions
Manual Mapping
This process allows you to manually map each Koncert disposition to the corresponding Salesloft Disposition and Sentiment. Select the corresponding Salesloft Disposition that best reflects the outcome of the call.
Choose the appropriate Sentiment from the available options in Salesloft. This helps categorize the overall tone of the conversation. Non-mandatory field.
Overwrite with Salesloft Dispositions
This process replaces all default Koncert dispositions with the available Salesloft dispositions.
- Click the Use Dispositions from Salesloft button at the top.
- Upon clicking, a confirmation message will be displayed as shown below.
- Click OK to overwrite all existing Koncert Call Dispositions with the Salesloft dispositions.
Here, you can see some of the Salesloft Dispositions marked and considered as the Positive, Conversation, Meeting, and Koncert DNC. You can review these default mappings and adjust them as needed.
- Once you have reviewed and adjusted the default mappings (if necessary), click Save to confirm your selections. All Salesloft Call Dispositions will be displayed under the Koncert Disposition column.
All the Talker Dispositions are mapped and non-editable i.e. (grayed out) under the Salesloft Disposition column.
The AI Engine dispositions are automatically mapped with disposition No Answer. If needed, you can modify the mapping.
Also, all the Koncert dispositions in the Administration » Call Dispositions tab will be replaced with the Salesloft Disposition. You can modify the necessary settings by clicking the link below.
These dispositions will be available in the Call Disposition pop-up window.
- The Workflow for each disposition, except for Talker Busy - Unanswered Call Cancelled, is enabled under the Close Task column. This will trigger your Outreach Workflows based on the selected disposition. If needed, you can modify it.
When hovering over the Info icon next to the Workflows column, the below tooltip message will be displayed.
- Click Save to save the settings. A confirmation message Dispositions updated will be displayed.
NOTE: Upon selecting the disposition in the Call Disposition window, an activity will be created and displayed on your Salesloft » Activities page based on the mapped dispositions.
