AI Engine and Dialing Agent Dispositions:
Koncert utilizes specific keywords to map Salesloft dispositions to the corresponding Koncert AI Engine and Dialing Agent dispositions.
However, when a disposition doesn't have a match, the system defaults to predefined mapping rules:
- AI Engine Dispositions: If dispositions such as Attempted, Call Attempted, Dialed, No Answer, or Not Available are present in Salesloft, they will be prioritized for mapping in this order. For example, if Call Attempted is available in Salesloft, it will be mapped to all AI Engine dispositions in Koncert as it is first in this order. Otherwise, the mapping will default to the first disposition in Salesloft.
- Common Dispositions: Common dispositions for both AI Engine and Dialing Agents (e.g., Went to Voicemail) are mapped in the same way as AI Engine dispositions. If dispositions like Call Attempted or No Answer are available in Salesloft, they will be prioritized for mapping first. If not, the mapping will default to the first disposition in Salesloft.
- Dialing Agent Dispositions: Dialing Agent dispositions are left blank by default and can be manually mapped based on the user’s preferences.
Close Task Settings:
Enable Close Task: The Close Task option is enabled for each disposition except for dispositions such as Talker Busy, Unanswered Call Canceled, Failed, or Busy. Selecting this disposition will create an activity in Salesloft and close the task.
Tooltip Information: When hovering over the info icon next to the Close Task column, the following tooltip will appear:
