The Analytics module provides you with consolidated and accurate information in the form of reports about your Dialing sessions. Information in the reports is well organized and can be used for future planning and decision-making. You can retrieve, view, and export your reports during the specified time period.
Below are the sub-tabs available in the Analytics tab.
Call Session Summary
This tab provides you with the summary of dialing sessions for all the products (for which you obtained a license) for all the users in an organization for the default date range Current Week. If needed, you can change the Date Range and view the stats accordingly. See the article Analytics – Call Session Summary for a comprehensive explanation.
All Dials
This tab provides you with the overall details of all dialing sessions for all the products (for which you obtained a license) for all the users in an organization for the default date range Current Week. If needed, you can change the Date Range and view the stats accordingly. For additional information, check the article Analytics – All Dials.
List Performance
This report provides you with the overall performance of all the Call Lists uploaded from the My Lists tab for all the products (for which you obtained a license) for all the users in an organization for the default date range Current Week. If needed, you can change the Date Range and view the stats accordingly. Look at the article Analytics – List Performance for further insights.
Advanced
This tab is designed to provide you with comprehensive information about your dials, dialing sessions, executive performance, weekly summary data, talker call disposition records, Do Not Call (DNC) records, Parking Lot records, Network Latency when using Koncert, as well as performance on call lists. Sales Rep - Productivity report
The Sales Rep - Productivity report provides you with a comparative analysis of dialing metrics between the two date ranges.
- Admins / Managers - Can view their data as well as the data of their team members.
- Users - Can view their data only.

Best Day to Call
Here, you can find the best day and time to make calls to the prospect. This provides insights into the optimal days for making calls based on the selected filter criteria. By default, the report will be displayed for the date range Current Week. You can find detailed insights in the Best Day to Call article.
