The My Profile tab in Koncert Workspace allows you to view and manage your personal information. Below is an overview of the information and settings available under the My Profile tab.

The user can access My Profile tab from the Koncert application by clicking Edit Profile link under the Profile.

Below are the information available in the My Profile tab:

• Name – Your first and last name as provided during sign-up.

• Email Address – The email ID associated with your account when the organization was created.

• Timezone – Defaults to (GMT-04:00) Eastern Daylight Time (America/New_York), but you can change it if necessary.

• Geo Location – Defaults to the United States, but you can change the geographical location if necessary.

• User Location – Defaults to New Hampshire. You can change if necessary.

• Call Recordings – If enabled by the administrator, call recordings will be available and grayed out. Calls dialed through Koncert's Dialer will be recorded for performance and efficiency evaluations.

• Multi - Factor Authentication – Displays the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) status for this account, as configured by the admin. You can modify this setting only if the admin has granted permission.

• Country – Defaults to the United States, but you can change the country if, needed. 

Based on the selected country, Koncert automatically fetches the country code and populates it in front of the Direct Phone and Mobile Phone fields.

• Direct Phone: Enter your direct phone number.

• Mobile Phone: Enter your mobile phone number.

NOTE: The Direct Phone and Mobile Phone numbers entered here will be available under the Custom Caller IDs tab in the Koncert application.

• Enable Caller ID Managed Services: If enabled, it automatically uploads the Direct Phone or Mobile Phone to the Caller IDs » Health Check tab to verify if the entered number is flagged as spam.

• After making any changes, click Save to update your profile. A confirmation message, Profile Updated, will appear to confirm the changes.

Based on the licenses assigned to you, Koncert products will be displayed on the profile page.
