In the Parking Lot Settings, the Admins or Managers (with admin rights) can select and grant permission to users to delete the parked records from the Session tab. Only users with delete permission can delete the Parked records by clicking the Parking Lot icon under the Session tab.
Below you can find how to grant access to the users to delete the parked records:
- In the Parking Lot, click the Settings button.
- After the Permission For Users To Remove Phone Numbers From Parking Lot window pops up, select the users to grant permission for deleting the parked records from the Session tab by clicking the checkbox under the Action column.
- Click Save. An alert message 'Settings Updated' will be displayed.
