Search Parked Contact/Phone Number

Below you can find instructions on how to search for a parked contact/phone number in the Parking Lot tab:

1. Within the Parking Lot tab, enter either the contact name, phone number, or rule name in the Search by Contact Name/Phone/Rule Name field above the grid.

2. Records that match the search criteria will be displayed in the grid.

NOTE:  Click the Clear icon to clear the search criteria.

In addition to this, you can also filter and view the records based on your filter criteria by using the Search By option. Clicking on this dropdown lists out the Rule Name, Phone Number  and User Name.

You can choose any of the options from the dropdown list. Based on the selected value from the dropdown, the search bar will populate relevant records, enabling users to quickly find the specific rule, contact, or user they are looking for. 

Once selected, the records that match the search criteria will be displayed in the grid.

You can also edit the filters by clicking the filter that you wish to edit at anytime.

Sort the Parked Records

You can sort the parked records by the Rule, Contact Name or Date. The records can be sorted either in ascending or descending order. 

Below you can find instructions on how to sort the parked records:

1. By default, the parked records will be sorted and displayed in Ascending order based on the Contact Name. You can see the Orange Upward arrow, which indicates the Ascending order, next to the Contact Name column.

2. To sort the parked records in Descending order, click on the Contact Name column. The Orange Upward arrow will be replaced with an Orange Downward indicating the rules are sorted in descending order.

Similarly, you can click on the Date column to sort the parked records in ascending order. Click again to sort the records in descending order.
