The Custom Fields tab in Koncert's Administration section is designed to enable seamless integration and management of custom fields from connected Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo). These fields are then made available in the Koncert portal for streamlined operations.
This guide explains how to manage custom fields effectively, including creating, mapping, editing, and deleting fields.
The Sales Engagement Platform Outreach is shown here as an example.
For Standalone Orgs integrated with a Sales Engagement Platform, the following columns will be available under the Custom Fields tab:
- Koncert Fields: Displays all the fields available in Koncert.
- Field Type: Indicates the type of field (e.g., Textbox, Checkbox).
- Read Only: Specifies whether the field is editable or view-only.
- <Sales Engagement Platform> Fields: Shows the fields imported from the integrated platform.
- Action: Provides option to delete the fields.
By default, Koncert automatically imports and maps mandatory fields, including 10 Phone Fields, to the corresponding fields in the platform. These fields cannot be edited or deleted.
If required, you can map remaining fields by selecting the appropriate field from the dropdown in the <Sales Engagement Platform> Fields column next to the corresponding Koncert field.
The dropdown lists out the fields that match with the field type of particular field. For example, the Created Date field type of DATE can only be mapped to other DATE-type fields in Outreach, such as Created Date or Bounced Date.
Show Dropdown Options
The Show Dropdown in the Custom Fields tab provides a streamlined view and management of fields.
This dropdown includes two options:
- Prospect Fields: Displays and allows you to create fields related to prospects such as Name, City, Phone, and Title.
- Account Fields: Displays and allows you to create fields related to accounts such as Account Name, Industry, and Revenue.
By selecting the appropriate option, you can view and manage fields specific to the chosen category.
